Awesome bro....I've just started running alot here lately. Mostly for health reasons. I prefer running outside but it's got so damn hot and humid here.

wow, that's a lot of weight for a distance runner. when I used to run a2-5 miles 5 x week and hook poles at 230 I got heel spurs, man that sucked getting up in the morning and dancing across the floor on one foot. I liked jogging for half hour though, cause got the same workout as riding bicycle for an hour.
