I need HELP!!!!!

Gentelmen ( I use that term loosely lol) It is Diet time for me...It has been a very long time since my last one almost 2 years now and I need help!!!! Suggestions, will be completely apperciated...

Meal 1 (7 AM)
1/2 cup of dry oats mixed with water
1/2 cup of egg beaters

Meal 2 (9 AM)
40 grams protein shake
1/2 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil

Meal 3 (12 Noon)
1/2 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
6 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

Meal 4 (3 PM)
Same as Meal 2

Meal 5 (6 PM)
1/2 cup of brown rice, or medium sized baked potato, or 1 cup of oatmeal
2 cups of green beans, broccoli or any other desired vegetable
6 ounces of chicken, turkey, or lean fish

Meal 6 (8 PM)
Can of tuna

Walk twice a day. Don't run; walk. 30 minutes min. First one before breakfast and second one after meal 5. Lift as you see fit.

Sweet tart,,,,eat 3 times a day,,,,100 carbs total, protein 125 or so,,,,low fat meats and start training hard....

Little hard on yourself aren't ya? Everyone slips from time to time. All of us can't go through life shredded like Juiced, Package or Vicious.

You can do it, make it a priority and make it happen. Then feel free to share the skimpy after shots too.:D

only 3? the more the better. try about 6-7 times a day ,small portions with healthy foods
no , 6 or 7 times is too many, thats setting a mentality of eating all the time,,,she needs low carbs and calories and to work out harder...not small meals , thats for bodybuilding

I somewhat agree here....I think if she ate 3 times, and then one snack/protein shake, she should be fine in order to loose some lbs...

...by the way sweets...I still think you are cute ;)

I have always read and thought that 5-6 small meals is better for losing BF as it keeps your metabalism going strong all day... It stops the body from storing body fat because it knows when the next meal is......

Now on a side note..... I have read a new study for the university of Chicago that drinking water during your meal may wash away your digestive juices in your stomach making it harder to digest food.... Meaning your body will store it..... I don't know how much I believe this......

I cant agree with you on that one. its not only for bodybuilding. To lose wieght period. you need to eat smaller meals threw out the day. eating just 3 meals will make your body hold on to more calories.(survivor mode)

Maybe you mis-explained, but, as far as I understand digestion, whether you burn it or store it, it has to be digested. Poor digestion shouldn't result in stored bodyfat, but, rather, messes in the toilet. ;)
