How do you get motivated?

today is legs.....normally i'd be doing my typical 1 heavy set per exercise and 4-6 exercises total for legs, but i'm switching up for the next few weeks doing 3 sets front squats,3 sets leg press, 3 sets seated leg curls, and calves today and hopefully my legs will experience some new grow before going back to bread and butter.....how do you guys all get motivated?....especially on leg day....i really hate legs.....i've downloaded some new music and of course the test suspension helps.....once i've done a couple sets i'm good to go, but getting my ass to the gym on leg day is really difficult sometimes.....

I don't have a problem getting motivated for legs, cause i actually like training them. Just think if you don't train them hard you will have an unbalanced over powering upper body.

i'm fortunate that my legs grow very rapidly with little training but it's obvious that skipping leg sessions has robbed me of separation and of course shape especially since i broke my left fib and tib 3 years ago and now have a titanium rod and pins in it....being on crutches for 3 months and then a boot for another 3 months after there is a noticeable loss of symmetry......it's still tough to get up for it...just like others hate training certain bodyparts...it's legs for me.....anyway i'm off to get some java and train

I know alot of guys like to keep legs all together, but i found my ham workout was lacking behind, now i split them, hams are alot fresher.
