What the F**K is someone supposed to do with a knot at the end of their ass? No lifting, straining, or vageling down until swelling subsides. Jesus, this is supposed to be an old man problem!

I guess my question for the Doc. is what's the time line by which someone is supposed to "take it easy" or is this like a hernia and effects you for life?

ive had one for the past year that comes and goes. i've done absolutely nothing for it. no meds, nothing. doesnt bother me really unless ive taken one of those "endless wiping shits"... where i've got to wipe for 10 years.

Lol Come on boys help the bother out here,,,, (Hemorrhoids)=piles, are normally present veins in the anus and rectum that become swollen and inflamed. The worse ones internal hemorrhoids ones that are inside the anal cavity usually causes painless bleeding at the end of a bowel movement. Also from my understanding it has to with hereditary, Prolonged Sitting and Standing, Constipation, Heavy Lifting, child Birth, Poor Ana Hygiene, Improper Diet, Straining at Stools and Rigorous Exercise.
Surgery is an option or medication is another option (Zenmed) (Hemor~Rite) (Preparation-H) (Tronolane Anesthetic) (Anusol) (Tucks) etc Fiber is play a big role also,,,

Then you need to be introduced to Mr. Fiber. Trust me on this one. The first couple of days might be a bit rough but those 20 min ass wipen' sessions will be over as long as you take it every day.

In my profession, someone usually gets the screwing! Sometimes it's them and sometimes you have to take your turn! It's been a while for me......

When I posted this thread, I knew I was gonna catch some serious slack for it! To hell with it, this is so f*****g painful. Hard to take steps or sit. Gonna have to take it easy. The "Protisol" cortisone cream isn't reducing the swelling. I'm gonna go back in a week if this doesn't go down.

Now for the really embarrasing part. Go to the Dr. Office with 15 minutes to close. Push my way in to get seen. I'm sitting there with a ball cap on, trying to forget that I exist and why I'm there. Really don't want any Doc looking at my rear end. Don't even like talking about it for God's sake. An older woman and a hot young blonde come walking through the door. So we start talking about my symptoms and why I'm there. Suddenly I realize that these woman are gonna be the people to check my ass out. I ask them what's up and if they are gonna examine my rear? Yea, they answer and I about fall off the table. The blonde has her lab coat on and she's got to be at least 24-25 PA student. Now, I'm in the position to either tell them No or suck it up and bend over and show my jacked up ass to this drop dead student and her Mentor. I got treated. Top three embarrasing moments of all time for the home team. I'm just waiting to see these folks out in our town of 25K. I'm back home in less than an hour with Ibuprofin 800, Proctosol cream, and a shot in the hip with an anti-inflammation. The shot was given a little high for my tastes but the woman was as smooth as I could have done myself. I told her to push slow! LOL.......

Thanks for the advice gents. I ain't too proud of this but like many things, you can't escape your own ass........
