Anyone else here like to cook besides your basic grilling?
When we dnt have my wifes boy I like to throw out a nice meal now and then. Last nite I made lamb chops with a very tasty raspberry sauce, my special baked cheesey hash browns and a 3 layered mousse.
Ok, I bought the dessert cuz I dont make that shit but it was all pretty damn good.
Nice break for me and the usuall day to day diet.

I love to cook! I make all sorts of stuff. Sometimes I just get a hankering for something and then I'll play around on the cooking websites, find a recipe and then make it.

I bought a Rachel Ray magazine a couple months back and it's on the floor of the bathroom. Last Thursday I was flipping through and found a recipe for Shrimp Pil Pil, so I made that. It would be totally good for you if it didn't include a half cup of olive oil, which you end up eating all of because it tastes so good. LOL

I love to cook. I think I started because I was sick of the stereotype of guys not being able to cook anything but spagetti. And you can pull in some tail if you can make a nice meal for a girl

My moms also went back to school to get her accounting degree when my brothers and me were 12 or so and my dad never cooked. We had to fend for ourselves.

Actually, I just threw a turkey in the oven. They're buy one get one at the grocery store, so I have a couple laying around. And I think I'm on my way to get another couple. LOL

I'm trying to decide whether or not to get potatoes. I don't know if I want mashed potatoes if I don't put a bunch of butter and cream in them. But that would sort of defeat the whole "I'm dieting" thing. LOL Maybe just 1Tbsp of butter and a splash of cream....

I love to cook. It actually help me relax after work. No hamburger helper shit in my house. We eat very well. One of my favorite things to cook is Shrimp and Crawfish Ettouffe. But there isn't much I can't cook. And if I don't have a recipe for something, I will find it. THere is nothing like sitting down to a nice meal and having a glass of wine or a mixed drink with your girl.
