feet elevated to minimize water retention

What are your thoughts about sleeping with your feet elevated to minimize water weight in your legs?

I'm going to try it for the next 5 days...Sleeping on the floor with my feet elevated, resting on the end of my bed.

Ok back to your subject I was thinking about earlier what you have mentioned, I have never done it before, the only time I elevate my legs is when I do my legs work out.

Or when your boyfriend Pablo has your legs pinned behind your head during your "hide the chon chon" game...

Seriously, I know it (raising the legs, especially past the heart)can help with edema...which is a build up of fluid in the legs, so in theory, it would make sense...something tells me it won't work or not enough to make a real difference in your case...it's worth a shot though...

I have tried similiar methods w/ some sucess..

Its common practice for some BB's to use this method.

Let us know your opinion after trying this.

Your elevation seems a bit extreme but if you can handle sleeping like that go for it..Best wishes!!

OK, it's on...I'm going to try it tonight as I was talking with Big Will Harris today and he says that he does it from 2wks out from a show. He claims that I will see a significant difference tomm morning. I'll post up and let everyone know.:D

i will look for some more info on that bro but I can say that it works. I normally get up once in the middle of the night to go peepee. Well, no exaggeration, I counted 7 times that I had to go peepee. I deff saw a difference in my physique the next morning. I will continue to do this up until the show even though gf is pissed as shit that I sleep downstairs now bc my bed is too high so I use the couch. Gives me a good excuse to get away from her nagging ass though:D

Nah bro, she nags so much...I can't take it...It's like she goes out of her way to make life harder for me...UGHHHHHHHH...We're actually not talking right now.:mad:

It's 5am and I have gotten about 1 hour of sleep so far...It's very difficult to sleep with my feet in the air. Wish I had some sleeping pills right about now...lol

I can notice a difference from your other pics..

Improvements have been made and will only get better.

Just re-reading this thread...Thought it was a good one...I really did notice a huge difference pushing the water out of my legs...I will probably start around 6 or 7 days out sleeping this way.
