Hey guys, the last pictures actually I was 23 weeks out.

NOW, im 21 weeks out...

Here are some mandatories for the moment...

DUde, good job!!!
I see major improvements in such a short period of time...You have tightened up quite a bit...You still have to learn how to correctly hit your lat spread and flexing your legs...That will come in time, keep practicing.
I'm glad to see the diet working..Were those some abs I saw poking out? :D

LOL - Thanks alot guys, I really appreciate it...

I have actually gained a few lbs....its playin tricks with my head man !
Well, i have alot of work ahead of me...thanks for all the help guys.

you're one thick sob!! can def tell you're leaning out some. not bs'ing you but i actually went up about 6#'s since getting this diet going and am on it pretty much to a T!! just keep watching the mirror, use the calipers and pay atten to how clothes fit. all these things are changing for me. i am still watching the scale but not getting worked up over it. the mirror is your best friend now for couple reasons. (posing, watching body changes) stick with it. how many weeks you been on the diet, like 4?

Stick with the plan and keep the faith. I told you in your last set of pics that "you were gonna come in real good" and you are on your way. Stay focused!!!

BTW---You're arms are fucking HUGE!!!:)

your arms are going to be a very very strong point in your physique. i can tell already, your peak is going to be sick

posing, remember, when you're on stage, do not try and flex your hardest, if youre in shape, simply flexing a little will be enough, most peeps on stage think they need to try and flex so hard they blow their eye balls out, you dont need to do that

as far as your rear double, bring your elbows up and forward a little more, that will allow your back to widen out, rather than looking scruntched up.

your leg pose, are you sitting back on your heels? you want to, but no all your weight on your heels, leg pose is hard to hit. i basically bring the back of my heels together and make a V shape with my feet, bend my knees slightly, and put a little weight on my heels. its really hard to describe in words.

great job, keep taking pics. for my show earlier this year i took pics every sunday morning, same time every week, right when i woke up and kept a 12 week photo journal, its pretty cool and you can see what you need to work on.

Thanks brother. I will keep practicing posing, shit everyday I do. Im still trying to put on size to my legs, I will keep on trying. Thanks for all the advice bro.
