wow elite, these pics dont look like the ones you emailed me before, you look even moreimpressive than the email pics!

presentation is everything, everyone has weak points, and posing right, you can learn to hide those weak points and show off your strong points.

j2m is right, there are many many littles things you can do to adjust to make yourself look 'better'

you will be very surprised how much muscle you have when you diet down. my chest is horrible in the off season, so much it worried me before dieting because i didnt want to be flat chested on stage :D turns out, taking the fat off really made my chest one of my stronger features

anytime good buddy. like i said, it'll be all worth it. its going to be very very tough, mentally, but thats when you really test yourself.

it feels like a huge rock has been lifted off your shoulders when its all said and done, and the weird thing is, you just want to hop right back onto your diet and do another show.

i would guess im about 7-8% bodyfat right now, which is very lean for off season in my opinion, but i feel fat as all hell because my show was only like 6 weeks ago.

take pics elite, everyweek, same day, same time, i usually did mine sat. morning after cardio

its really cool to have a photo journal of your journey.

Bah ! You sound like my GF ( who took the pics ). She's always talkin shit about how I don't care what I'm wearin...LOL

Guys , I cant thank you enough for the motivation, advice, and help you're giving me through this. It really means alot !!

I will be sure to keep frequent updates with you guys, as I value your advice and words of wisdom !

My stats right now are, 5'9 , 233 lbs. BF % is unknown right now, I will measure tommorrow night at the gym. ( yes i need to buy calipers )

I think since your working your way down, use the BF measurements as a gauge , as you lose BF , you will keep motivation , espically it being your first time. Down the line when your more advanced you can use a mirror, but my advice is weigh in and use BF calipers this time.

Thanks bro. And yes I am going to check my BF% as time goes on, I just would like to know where Im at.
