Elitet34....21 weeks out. UPDATE

Well, here are a few pics of me right now...23 weeks out.

I cleaned up my diet, and have been the cleanest Ive been in awhile...

Its only been a couple weeks, but I just thought Id throw some pics up...not much difference...but here ya go.

Thanks guys. Legs still suck, as well as chest.

Front Double Bi---Blow out the air in your stomach
Back Dbl Bi-------Open your back up more by bringing your elbows straight out to your sides, it almost looked like you were getting ready to do a pec deck like movement.
Side Chest---You're not giving yourself enough credit, I like that pose alot on you...Arms look jacked and you have a nice size chest. Grab your wrist instead of your hand and remmeber to always stand tall and blow out the air in your stomach.
Legs----Bring them closer together and you will really have to teach yourself how to flex them. You should be pushing outwards from your feet to separate your quads. It's tough to explain, we'll get more into that.
Calves---Look good man

Dont be so overly negative in the self critique.
Legs are hardly shit and neither are the calves!
Still have plenty of time I say, actually more than enough.

Yeah you're right , I was trying too hard to widen my lats , when really I need to straighten out my elbows.

I really do hate my chest, Ill take a pic of it from the front , and let you see it squeezed. ( you know what I mean ) I also hate my legs , but its my own fault because Ive slacked on them for years now. ( Not up to par with the rest of my body. )

LOL , Yes bro , they are ! Well, they literally happened within weeks. I went on a carb binge and they literally appeared over night. Its fuckin ridiculous , but hey , fuck it. I started getting stretch marks on my shoulders , and arms when I was a freshman in highschool. As soon as I started gaining weight , they grew.

Thanks for the words man , Im fucking obsessed with this and am trying hard to get to the best I possibly can in these next 21 weeks.

I HAVE SO MANY STRETCH MARKS NOW, THAT IF YOU FILLED THEM IN WITH A SHARPIE, I'D LOOK LIKE A DAMNED BENGAL TIGER...

Yeah man , looks like theyll be there forever....LOL

I try to apply the stretch mark cream on them as much as I can, but doesnt seem to work...oh well, lol.

It just amazed me how fast they appeared, it was insane...

You're gonna come in real good. Stick with the program no matter how tough it gets...and it will get very tough at times.

Your legs look fine. As your BF drops, you should even out pretty good. Remember, you lose weight (fat) from the outside-in. Meaning, extremities first moving into your chest, hips and belly. Abs are the last thing to come in, so don't get discouraged if it seems that things aren't happening fast enough. My abs usually don't come in till about 2 weeks before the show.

Post up pics frequently so we can monitor your progress. There are a lot of very knowledable guys in this forum that will help walk you through all of this.

I will be sure to keep frequent updates with you guys, as I value your advice and words of wisdom !

My stats right now are, 5'9 , 233 lbs. BF % is unknown right now, I will measure tommorrow night at the gym. ( yes i need to buy calipers )

It's a scarey concept your first time out, but just think about it. In the end though, do what is most comfortable for you.

Ten , I have been thinking about that...I could go without the scale, but I just want to know what my BF is as of right now.

Its weird you said that though, because yesterday was the first time I stepped on the scale in awhile. I have been just going by the mirror, and ya know what, I like it that way.

Very valid points...I have never touched a caliper...I do like to monitor my weight but it never impacts my judgement on how far or close out to a show my conditioning is....It's used more as a tool to compare last years weight vs this years weight and how much muscle I have approximately put on. Make sense??
