Some of you have seen these on OLM. They're me after my cutter early last summer couple months before my 45th Bday. I dont compete but do this every yr or two just to get lean and set a goal. this yr I was hoping for same leaness at 190+lbs but got side tracked............11

Stats
5'9.5"
184 8.5%BF+-
diet was 13wks. wouldve done 2 more if I wanted to compete.

YOU NEED to compete, seriously 11!!! You would take home some hardware with that build for sure. Once you get back in full swing I would honestly give it a go. You look like all you need is a few more weeks and you could get up there just by those pics.

Definately agree with corrodo on this one. You have a very pleasing physique and I would say you were about 3wks out from those pics to your first show. At 185 at your height I would say that your wheels are just as dominating as your upper body. You've already got the dieting dialed in to look like that, I think every bber should do a show at least once, its very satisfying.

How's the training going now bro?

thanks everyone. I know some/most of you seen these on OLM, I guess I put them up for my own motivation to get back to or better than I was. I was really looking forward to cutting this summer, since those pics I started IGF for 3cycles(amazing stuff) and been "on" since the end of Aug, had gotten up to 204 but still relativly lean. I figured after this cutter Id be 190+ at that same BF ?. thought about doing a show yrs ago but just never was a major goal of mine. I get a big reward out of doing a contest diet and setting a goal and sticking to it, espeacially when your freinds are giving you shit about what you eat, you guys know what Im saying...............11

One of the most amazing bodies for the age group - you knock a lot of people out of their socks brotha!! Congrats and keep going strong...

...I also agree with Corrodo...you could easily take home some medals man ;)

thanks guys for the compliments, especially about doing a show. Of coarse I look nothing like that now but it really seems to be coming back maybe quicker than I thought. I might take some pics of me now just to see my improvement in a couple months, plus you can see my scars :D
Im more motivated than ever and people that know me know thats saying something, I cant stand being like this and am going to bust my ass to get it back..............11

Your lean as hell,, Might want to find a different Tattoo artist though,, they look like someone scribbled on your arms..
