Dosage On Slin and HGH...

I have been running 2.5 iu's of HGH on "Resting days" and 10ius of slin in the morning.

On "training days" I take 5iu's HGH(split twice daily), and total of 20iu's of slin(10ius post workout).

What are you guys running when it comes to training days and resting days?

Good question bro as I am officially started this last mon. I have been playing around with what works best and this is what we came up with and will run for the next 16 weeks. I think DIET is the main key with slin and extra bf and I learned it varies from person to person on what works for them. I use slin on ONE rest day and its a high carb day and that day I dont do shit...lol But here is what I am running as of now. I had to drop the tren e and replaced it with npp, which I love to use.

Test- 900mg ew
Eq- 600mg ew
Npp- 400mg ew

GH- 6 IU 6 days on 1 off
IGF- 50mgs MWF
Slin- 10iu pwo Tues, Thur, Sat

M- Chest, Bi's, Calves
T- Quads, Abs
W- REST
TH- Back, hams, calves
F- Shoulders, Tris, abs
Sa- REST
Sun- Cardio

Slin is on higher carb days and on SAT when I rest. I dont take anything sun as it is a NO carb day with low intensity cardio. I am rotating carbs and trying to lean down from 290 right now and get to single digit bf%. I keep slin eod and on high carb days with minimum fats those days. I put weight on easy and lose it easy so I had to find a protocol that worked for me. Kind of went off into a tangent here but this is what I am running as of last mon. Your protocol is a good one bro and not to much different than what I am doing right now.

So you are running slin only PWO, but you mentioned "S", did you mean Saturday on your rest day or Sunday on your cardio day? My understanding is that the simple carbs you take in post slin shot shouldn't even be counted as your daily carbs. Reason being that they are going straight into the muscle tissue, so just playing devils advocate here, why not take slin ed including your low carb days?

The HGH you run ed 6iu's? I mean 6 days on and 1 off? Just curious to hear why you do it that way a little more.

Again all this HGH and Slin is new to me, so I'm curious if me taking only 2.5ius of GH on my off days is beneficial...Now that I'm thinking about it, I think I should be doing 5iu's ed bc while weight training you release and produce GH so there would be more in my system on trainng days than my "off" days. AM I making sense? Just thinking aloud here.:p

I run it like I have it written bro, tues, thur, sat PWO 10iu as well as the gh as I have it written, 6iu ed 6 days on 1 off, I shoot the gh pwo and later at night(3am, 3pm). Its just what I have found to work best for me bro. I just hit slin on legs, back and one rest day. Im 23 weeks out from a show and dont necessarily want to bulk anymore. Just want to bring up my weaker parts and not gain excess bodyfat. I DID do the slin ED and put on excess bodyfat even eating clean. And I count all carbs whether or not its pwo or not, so when I ingest 150 on my low day I dont use slin that day. I just dont want to abuse it and have to up my dose and its what works for me. There is a ton of ways to run the combo and all can be correct if followed consistent and with a good diet. I plan to run it this way longer than the recommended 4-5 weeks, therefor another reason I run it eod. Just find a way you like and stay with it, not everyone sees the same results, so you will get alot of opinions. I have found in the past 6 weeks this is what I feel comfortable with the plan I have setup for my show in Dec that I am going to do.

i've been doing 2.5iu GH in AM and in afternoon everyday. then slin 10iu only training days PWO. i cut the slin out of my mornings because i noticed even after only a few days it was counteracting my cutting progress.

Bro , how are ya, first posting for me here, alot of ya's may know me from
OLM, checking this board out, as i ve heard alot of good about it here there, anyhow, regarding the worthiness of slin, YES! it is something U need 2 be very prudent about it's use, and know well WTF Ur doing with this & carb's attentiion, (attention to carb's ) check this out, i use slin in 30 - 45 day cylce's only & much like the fella who posted up his cycle above with the
cool looking shiny avvy (forgot scrreenname bro!! sorry) with regard to protocol,

I have attributed as much as 22-25 lb's in 30 day's with only the addition
of slin, and i believe it was 10 iu a day aftertraining of course,10 in the a.m.
total of 20 iu a day "only" training days, so only a.m. poke with high carb shake like twinlabs Mass Fuel (awesome) then killer breakfast w/minimal fat
plenty of fats the rest of teh time though

gotta run have things to do, but will check around & say hey once in
awile, but yes slin is worth it if ya want to get big, i know of guys who used to be big, but are uncertain about getting back into "BIG" competition
shape, as they are no longer willing to do slin, woried they may become diabetic..??? but feel that in order to get huge, slin is nearly a "MUST"....??

I use it "Prudently" and in short cycles, only had hypo 2 or 3 time's but was raedy for it, but shouldv'e avoided it, hence, the "BIG" breakfast an hour after
the Twinlab MassFuel, no train until a few hours later, then another post
workout shot 10 iu's & same for the carb consumption.
