cutting progress.

its only been a few weeks...

remember this one...


here's a new one...


my strength is still the same, but i feel like im losing a lot of mass.

Dealts are showing a bit more cut and your tricep is bulging out more. I can def see a difference in bf in the stomach area. All in all Looking much better bro...I still think you need a training bra!!! oahhhhh lol

I dont know Fight - you look smooth/flat and soft in that pic! It may just be the pic, post some other shots!

You look like you have soom good mass in the old one. not sure on the second one. you are leaner but I think you just have to let your skin tighten up?

Ok!:D Im not bashing you Fight, It looks like maybe your dropping too fast and loosing muscle, rather than dropping BF% and keeping lean mass! jmo..
yeah i agree with you. lately my diet has not been so great. i need to get that in check. but thats the stuff i want to hear... constructive criticism. :cool:

For only 2 weeks, that midsection changed alot(for the better)- I'm jealous. You guys with metabolism in overdrive can manipulate your bodies so fast. Definitely makin good progress sir.

It doesn't seem to me that you've lost any mass. I think some of that is the lighting difference in the pics, older one has more shadows from being at night, and the newest has daylight in it, no shadows / highlights on the body. Add that to the fact your strength is the same would tell me this, but I'm no expert, nor a competitor, just my uneducated opinion sir.

Bro your lookin good for only 2 weeks in. takes atleast 6 -10 weeks to really start seein the diff. keep the diet tight, that is key.

bi's need some more work...

I see a difference after 2 weeks...once you get the diet in check, you'll get the look you're going for...I'm not telling you anything you don't already know. The dietings the hard part, trainings easy.

yeh seriously... i hate my arms. my chest, back, delts, legs, etc are growing but my arms have stayed the same size.
hey pro... my bis are my worst body part also...:(
