current diet

im looking to gain muscle right now but want to cut body fat im gonna hop on clen and i was just wondering can i use my bulking diet wile still loosing body fat? my diet is

8 egg whites,1 cup of oatmeal,2scoops of optimum 100% protein powder in fat free milk(was thinking about substituting with water from now on for both protein shakes?)

8oz of turkey

2 tuna sandwiches on hole grain bread 2 cans of all white on each sandwich no mayo( if i do use mayo its low fat) with hot sauce

PWO-cyto gainer (this is the best weight gainer ive seen in terms of not to much fat and not to many carbs)

for diner i either have lean ground beef,steak,chicken,or turkey,with either brown rice, a sweet potato or beans

at around 8- i eat all natural peanut butter 2 tablespoon(was thinkin of adding a casein protien shake here to)

Calories In And Out Is The First And Most Important Question To Ask Here.

What Do You Weigh, And What Are Your Calorie Requirements Daily?

If What You Have Posted Is About Basal Then You'll Be Ok, If Its Less Than You Burn Your Not Going To Gain, If Its Alot More Than You Burn You Will Gain Both Lbm And Some Fat.

Trying To "bulk" And Lose Fat Is Pretty Silly.

They Are Two Completely Different States The Body Goes Into.

You Can Add Some Lean Muscle While Losing Some Fat, Yes, But Don't Expect To Do Much Of Either, Meaning Your Not Going To Put Alot Of Size On Eating To Lose Fat, And Conversely Your Not Going To Lose Alot Of Fat Trying To Eat To Gain Muscle.

Pick One And Stick To It, Then Do The Other, Imo.

, that diet looks pretty clean, not sure i like the idea of clen Whats your bodyfat at?

also should i use water instead of milk and should i add that casein shake before bed?
I don't like water with my shakes...I think they taste gross. However, if you are trying to lean out...water is wayyyyy healthier than milk...common sense here...

ight bro ill get my BF done and post up results,,,also for some reason i hold a lot more fat on my chest than anywhere else,,,its not gyno beacause its not hard and its not sensitive but it is troubling however

Get surgery man...? It's hard to tell without pics or a real % of BF.

na id never get surgery i may start on some clen though,,,,,,,i only have a shitty camera phone right now so when i get my new phone ill post some pics up,,,also just ordered Accu-Measure Fitness 3000 Personal Body Fat Tester,,,so when that comes ill post up an accurate reading

Thats not the answer for everything...Diet is key and with a LONG hard diet it's amzing the places you lean out. Aint that right J2 ?

Years ago I used to walk around at 6-8% year around, between 180-185 this is before I had ever touched anything. In all reality IMO I looked bigger then than I do now @5.9 and 235 12%. I was probably 6 -7 weeks out from a show in everday life and even at that stage you hold very little fat anywhere...It's nice to look that good, but now that I have different priorities I don't find it so necessary to be so strict.

Get surgery man...? It's hard to tell without pics or a real % of BF.
