current diet
im looking to gain muscle right now but want to cut body fat im gonna hop on clen and i was just wondering can i use my bulking diet wile still loosing body fat? my diet is
8 egg whites,1 cup of oatmeal,2scoops of optimum 100% protein powder in fat free milk(was thinking about substituting with water from now on for both protein shakes?)
8oz of turkey
2 tuna sandwiches on hole grain bread 2 cans of all white on each sandwich no mayo( if i do use mayo its low fat) with hot sauce
PWO-cyto gainer (this is the best weight gainer ive seen in terms of not to much fat and not to many carbs)
for diner i either have lean ground beef,steak,chicken,or turkey,with either brown rice, a sweet potato or beans
at around 8- i eat all natural peanut butter 2 tablespoon(was thinkin of adding a casein protien shake here to)
