Could use some advice

Im preparing to return to school so I will have limited funds as far as my diet goes.. I wont be buying store bought supps again for awhile... Tuna is cheap so I will be eating a ton of it,,, was thinking about cooking a whole turkey everyother week and freezing it,, I have a shit ton of weider multi vits which I think will last a while.. Any Suggestions.. Ive got about 30 lbs of fat I want to unload,, havent watched my diet for a while.. Any suggestions would be appreciated.. My main focus is to unload as much weight as possible in hope my knees will feel better with less strain.. I weight train regularly allready,, but havent dieted in sometime.. Ill be eating 6 times a day....Thanks all.

I want to get to where I can do Cardio again,, all I can do now is bike,, which sucks.. I weigh 240, so hopefully if I drop down around 200-210 Ill be able to get back on the treadmill and jogging again.. I use to be crazy about cardio and diet but knees couldnt take it anymore, cardio that is,, which Ive noticed seems to be a common occurance with many members on the boards.. So I just said the hell with it,, the dieting, about 5 years ago.. In hindsight wasnt to smart of an idea.. Now Im one of those chubby strong guys.. Gonna get my BF percentage done this week.. Should be interesting,, I had it done nearly 7 years ago and my BF was 12 percent at 180 lbs,, granted Ive still been lifting but I doubt Ive put on 60lbs of muscle,, I havent used any supps for awhile either. ALL Natural..lol Ill have to take some pics before and afters to post..

Just begin by walking on the treadmill. Walking is the most underrated excercise there is IMO. It was a very important component of rehabbing my back. Begin by setting the incline at 1.0 and the speed anywhere from 2.5 to 3.3. Start with 10 minutes and add am minute or two each session. Before you know it you'll be back in the groove and dropping some pounds. As your endurance increases, step up the intensity.

Good luck!

I think the bike is fine but try and bump up the intesity every time, and get your diet in check, no late eating and start eating whole foods, eat but don't eat crap, and train hard! this will burn BF. sounds like you were a big dude at one time.
