Competitors: your worst cheat during precontest?
so i'm not working tomorrow and still awake and decided to have an extra meal which is more chicken (had to douse with light italian though)......but looking thru the frig i see all this good food i'd normally gorge myself with and it made me wonder:
- during precontest what is your worst cheat? what was it? how far out from contest did you do it or how close to contest was your closest screwup to competition? and how many days did it take you to recover your physique from it?
i remember in 96 for my 2nd show i really had a thing for the strawberry fig newtons in the break room vending machine at work......just couldn't stay away from them and it cost me a couple places
