Carb depleting?

Is it the other compounds I'm running or do you guys get emotional when you cut your carbs to about 60g ed? I went to go see that football movie with Mark Wahlberg(I think it was the invincibles) and found myself getting teary eyed quit a bit. I know I know, here come the flames but I couldn't help but get emotional...The messed up thing is that its really not a sad movie.

btw...I wanted to request a dieting forum:D

Drastically decreasing the carb intake can def. give you symptoms of depression because the brain chemicals that give you a sense of "well-being", tryptophan and serotonin, are triggered by carb rich food. For me, I don't get sad..I get pissed the fuck off...I want to kill eveybody around me!

Freaky, I'm not sure about vit. c, but I know that low levels of folic acid and vitamin b (b6 and b12) can contribute to depression.

Just curious what you are taking, vitamin wise...calcium, iron, zinc, etc. Upping things like these can help...probably not to the point where the sympoms are gone, but it should help some.

Thanks bro...I'm on b12, generic multi vit, calcium, flaxseed oil, green tea extract, and dandelion root...Should I add anything else in there?

Looks pretty good...I'm sure the multi vitamin is giving you the zinc and iron you need. Wylie or Freaky may be able to add something else (as if your not taking enough shit, right?). I got much respect for you bro.
