Broken Toe

I've been training on and off for sixteen years. Tuesday after doing legs. I dropped a 45 from leg press onto my right foot. Went to dotor the next day and he said I broke the toe beside the big one. He said I would be back to normal at 4 to 6 weeks. How long do you think before I can do legs again. Thanks for any help.

Shit, sorry this happened- the same thing happened to a buddy when we were lifting back in college. Not sure how long before he started again...it was right before summer vacation and he transfered his senior year.

right away if you can beat the pain, its nothing, ive broken my toe before. they dont do anything for a broken toe. so if you cant beat the pain. work out. you should be pushing off with your heel's anyways not your toes.

looks like you got good advice without me. i would tell you you could have done legs after one week. Most of the weight is on the heel at that point. Wouldn' t do calves until after a month.
