You play the cards you're delt and do the best you can. You look great MU and you'll definitely place well. We can all sit here and wish we had more size, more seperation, more striations, more density, vascularity, graininess, etc. Those things are what gives us motivation to hit the gym hard everyday and to stay consistent with diet and recovery and do all we can to get better everyday. If we had it all we'd take it for granted. If we all looked like Myo we'd still want more....want to look like cutler or levrone etc. I do the same thing...I see pics of Myo and initially it makes me want to give up bc I'll never have that size and detail...but then I look at myself and decide that tonight when I do legs...I'm going to push harder and give more of myself up...sacrafice a little more pain and suffering under the bar so that I'm better tomorrow than I was today.

Myo, you seriously look great man. You have so much quality size and your conditioning is incredible. Good luck on the contest brother.

I'm 5' 8".
simply shreaded man, keep up the good work. you guys have got me feeling guilty about my constant bulker, hell i'm down 20 lbs anyway from last summer. if i can keep up the cardio and eating relatively clean i'll post a new pic at the end of the summer.

Not that I would try it this time around as my prep guy has everything already mapped out basically, but I would like to learn the ins and outs of sodium loading...I know there are so many different ways of filling out. I'm sure you have tried them all.

In about 2 weeks out, I gradually added more salt on my meals(1/4 teaspoon) and increase my water intake. I've noticed pissing more water out. when carb depleting, (9 days out for 5 days) increase to 1/2 teaspoon. keep water high. then when I load(last 4 days) keep sodium high, water high, and drop salt day before, and cut out water 6pm night before the show. eat hamber and fries as last meal with ketchop. take aloevera gelcap (axative) befre sleep. next morning have pancake with syrup. took no duretic whatsoever, but did tons of posing and didnt see the need for it. the more I posed, the harder and fuller I got.

I dont know how far you have gone in competition but you have the one in a million package for big success in bbing. You look fantastic dood...nice work.
Im jealous as hell, but in a good motivated way.
