Ok bros...

Many of you heard about my story of the bad ass gyno I had and the long recovery I had with my hormones all fucked up... Well 2 soild years have passed since I lifted or touched gear.... I been banged up for the past 2 years.. I am 110% ready to rock and roll here..
How should I start my ass off in the gym?
I started Yesterday.. I did some light chest, and tri's. Today I did light on the bi's... I never took off for this long.. How should I wean back into the game, Cause I'm hell bent on starting a bulker this winter.
Any tips on how to get rock'n and roll asap, that would be soild!;)

slow and steady brother. you work construction for a living, so i would recomend one body part a day to start. just lift five days a week, do six on cardio and stretch religiously, even seven days stretching is not too much as far as i am concerned. GO FOR IT BIG DOG!

I argee, I think your right about the strechting daily,,, I'll do it like crazy. I have'nt done jui-jitsu or muay thia for about 5 months now so i should start stretching once more, I'm tight as fuck now..

3-4 months was exactly what I was thinking as well..
When I stopped training and had my gyno taken out, I was 5'6 195lbs 10-12%
Now I am 5'6 165lbs body fat? way higher, and I have no tone or deff.
I was think on doing a split, but od you think EOD is best and more ideal for me situation?
Thanks brothers!

come to think of it, I was slightly over a duce, like 200 and change, it went up and down from high 90's to very low 200's. that was then..
My strenth aint to bad now tho.I'm kinda shocked on what I was working with..

OK yeah bro, I would take it easy the first 2 weeks and go eod then get into a 5 times a week routine...Take 3-4 months to get your diet in order and training and you should be able to make some drastic natural gains before starting a cycle.

Ive started over a couple times.. Normally I just use the machines,, for a few weeks staying light.. After about a month Ill start to venture into the free weight room.. If your gym is like mine,, its seperated in 2 parts,, mine, upstairs is the cardio equipment and the most basic of training equipment.. I stay upstairs basicly for a bit..

It kind of sucks,, but I know if I go into the freeweight room my ego will cost me.. Slow and steady,, dont even worry about using anything that will enhance for a bit,, make sure your tendons and joints can handle the massive weight increases that will happen when you, you know what. Im trying to be incognito with this post,,lol. Good luck

Lots of stretching!!!!! Everything.

And lots of Kegals.
