Not sure if gnc still does it but back in college, a buddy worked at a gnc and if anyone brought back any opened containers, he could keep the unused amount. We would go in and buy shit, return it when he was working, then he would just bring it home with him...got the shit for free.

i make a good living and i do some distributing on the side. i havent paid for my own cycle in 2 years. works out nice.

but this is a hobby for me, not a sport. granted the "hobby" encompasses everything i do from scheduling, eating, sleeping... fuck nevermind this shit is my life.

i've got the can collecting going on at the gym put up a nice trashcan. going to stop by Edge nutrition and a couple others and see if they do anything to
instead of that, where are you buying your protein, if you need a couple of good companys PM me. AS well, how bout your food, do you go to a wholesaler, like Costco or BJ's , i shop there and get great deals.

protein i usually get from VitaminShoppe. Chicken and broccolli i go to GFS (gordon food service) they sell 10lbs cases of frozen diced chicken. makes it easy to just weigh it out and toss it into a pan. turkey and beef usually meijers. and for salmon i go to nino salvageos. Then costco for all they rest
