Do you know what music you are doing? It's a one minute routine.

I did Elvis 'hunk-a-hunk of burning love' last time. :D The crowd ate it up! I might do some 70's funk this time.

I might not always win, but I'll be damn if the crowd doesn't have a good time while I'm up there.

LOL ! Im not sure yet....I have a song in mind, but not quite sure yet.

I actually do need a form, I emailed the guy running the show about a month and a half ago, and he said hed mail me one, but hasnt. Ill PM you...

Hey guys, Im now 8 weeks out from the show. My training is high intensity, and im doing an hour of cardio, 6 days a week. ( Which im going to add an hour session in the morning upon waking. )

Ive gone from 246, to 227 which I am at now. Im still holding some god damn stubborn fat and water. I mean god damn ! When will things start to change, I feel I look like complete shit in these damn pics , I shouldnt be this behind !! Is it because its my first time and I have so much fat to get off that Ive had on for years ? Or WTF ? Ok enough of me BITCHING.

My diet is at 2600 cals, 100g carbs, 450g protein, and 50g fats everyday.

ALL the advice and tips ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED. HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS....Im very grateful to have your guys support and help along the way here. All you Pros out there, CHIME IN !!!!!!!
well, you have come a long long ways my friend. i say add in another day of cardio, you are doing 6 , make it 7. cardio and diet is whats gonna get you there bro, i hit a little wall at like week 7 and really had to up the cardio a bit more and it got me there. as far as your diet, you're just doing a straight 100g of carbs a day? not rotating it at all?
