8 Weeks Out

Hey guys, Im now 8 weeks out from the show. My training is high intensity, and im doing an hour of cardio, 6 days a week. ( Which im going to add an hour session in the morning upon waking. )

Ive gone from 246, to 227 which I am at now. Im still holding some god damn stubborn fat and water. I mean god damn ! When will things start to change, I feel I look like complete shit in these damn pics , I shouldnt be this behind !! Is it because its my first time and I have so much fat to get off that Ive had on for years ? Or WTF ? Ok enough of me BITCHING.

My diet is at 2600 cals, 100g carbs, 450g protein, and 50g fats everyday.

ALL the advice and tips ARE GREATLY APPRECIATED. HELP ME OUT HERE GUYS....Im very grateful to have your guys support and help along the way here. All you Pros out there, CHIME IN !!!!!!!

Bro you need to tighten up, you have a very solid foundation, with alot of stuff on it! No bitching until you've actually stuck with diet at least 2 or 3 weeks,,,,also drop protein down, you don't need 450 is too many calories,,,more like 250 to 275. Also lets change up your cardio. Go with eliptical and try this: 2min fast ( push it) then 1 min moderate( not a snails pace, moderate) for 30 mins each day, that is a great way to burn fat, then 30 mins of bike afterwards. LEts get this going! :cool: What type of fats are you using?

Biceps look freakin huge...Front Dbl Bi is by far your most monstrous pose. Waist still needs to come in to make your back appear larger. You appear to have nice thickness in your middle back on your lat spread. I think you look further out than 8wks for a show but you can change that over the next few weeks with harder diet and cardio. Perhaps look into some t3 and clen to help shed off some bf.

I said it before on another thread...You have come a long way and I tip my hat for you thus far in your journey...Keep going strong!

Awesome transformation you've made in a short period. Your dedication and commitment to make this happen really shows in the pics. You've come a long way since the first pics you posted. Really inspiring!!!!!

Ok, will drop protein down to 275. I use flax oil, almonds, and ALITTLE bit of PB for my fats. Also, for cardio ive been only using the eliptical, for an hour straight. I will start the 2min/1min protocol you just mentioned ! I really will make this happen in these next 8 weeks, thanks for the help guys !

You're doing fine. Hell, you look better than me. I've gone from 196 to 190. 15 more pounds to go. 2 pounds a week...yeah, we'll be fine.

Great foundation Elite. Looking good but I dont like your diet though. Your carbs shouldn't be that low till the final 3wks and it should be a gradual decrease from the beginning so you keep muscle full looking and body burning bodyfat for fuel.
The problem with staring with a certain calorie amount is your body WILL adjust and your metabolism will slow if it thinks it not getting enough of what it needs and it needs carbs. Your carbs should've been 40% of your cal intake at the start then decrease by 200cals every 2wks. Just don't want you to look flat come showtime............11

I totally understand 11, Im trying to fine tune things as we speak...this is harder than I thought it was going to be . Thanks for the help, man.
