5.5 weeks out pics

Here are some pics from 5.5 weeks out. I haven't taken updated pics but will be doing so tomorrow. At 5 weeks out my diet has now switched from carb cycling to zero carb (mod protein and fat). Cardio is 100 minutes fasted everyday from here on out (starting at 5 weeks out) and will probably end up being 2 hours total a day by 2 weeks out.

Give me some honest feedback. I know I need a lot more size but who doesn't come there first contest :D

Thanks guys!

Dude - you are looking fantastic. If you want my honest opinion - your calves let you down.

Otherwise you are spot on bro!!

you look great man! i do agree with VC about the calves, and the only other weak point i can see are your traps. imo, those are the two points you will need to target for the future. i sure wish you the best though, keep us posted and let know how much ass you kick!!

p.s. wait till D-Red sees you in your tighty whitey's.....it'll give him a boner, cause he's a sex maniac!!! :D :D

agreed with everyone else about the calves......imo people who have good calves are fat people, nerds (bounce when they walk), and genetically gifted.....you have plenty of time left, you should do well....good luck

Thanks for the positive comments guys, I really appreciate it. I agree, my calves and arms are my two slowest growing parts. It's funny the traps were brought up bc they actually use to be one of my stronger parts and it made me flow weird so I cut out training them directly and relied mostly this year on hitting them when I did deads or rack deads. I guess I dropped the ball on that one so I'll definitely start hitting the shrugs hard again soon...hell I use to love shrugs anyway :p

Thanks again guys! I'll keep updating with pics as the show gets closer.

Oh and D-red...if you want me to put on that special zebra print number for you next time just let me know :D

what weight class are you shooting for ?
My trainer thinks I'll fall into the bottom of the HW class which kinda sucks. I am 6'1'' and was 218lbs this morning with about 4.5 weeks to go. So I figure I can't really get into the LHW class which is where I would be more competitive. I can't wait to get on stage with guys who are 5'5'' and heavier than I am haha

i have this theory, and some may like it and some may disagree, but if you have a freaky body part, make it freakier! Otherwise, i think your conditioning is coming along very well, you should be top 5, no problem

And that is a very good theory Pack, I totally agree :D

Anyway, you are tightening up and getting harder, legs look very good. Keep on killing it in the gym, and follow your diet to a T....good luck....

Post up what you're going to do to your diet as the weeks wind down...

I agree...Thats exactly why I kill my back and legs. Seems to be the only bodyparts that really respond the way I like, everything else is a struggle.

Haha I like it! I will certainly pound away at the traps and calves in the offseason. I am also going to desperately add some arm size as I have always had problems there as well.

Thanks for all the help guys! I appreciate all the feedback!

Diet Update:

4 weeks out today. I'll post some pics again in the next 4-5 days but I need to "man-scape" badly :p

So now diet is 1 day with added fats followed by 1 day off added fats. So lifting days will include added fats and non lifting days will be proteins only and a cup of broccoli. Cardio is now 2 hours everday with as much of that as possible done fasted the am around 120bpm and the rest done in pm. Weight was 220lbs this am.
