4 Weeks Out

4 Weeks Out

Hey YALL,

Im now 4 weeks out. Weighed in at 215 this morning, down 4 lbs from last week. Still holding most of my fat in the mid-section and lower back. Going to be giving it all I got these last weeks, wish me luck and please, ANY advice is greatly appreciated !

i have to agree your back is looking good and your arms are BIG like everyone is telling you!

how much cardio are you doing now? i say jump on the stair master for all your cardio.

you are still holding in your back, your front is looking awsome. when you cut water you will notice a lot more in your back too, but still, try and tighten it up now, 4 weeks to go buddy, stair master was my fucking brother when i was dieting

its a great feeling isnt it, first you are like shit i lost 30 pounds, im so small then peeps tell you how great you look and you can see it in the mirror, best feeling ever

Im now 30 mins cardio in the AM, and 30 mins in the PM. Ive been doing the eliptical, and doing 2/1 intervals. 2 minutes real fast and 1 min moderate speed. I will do some stairmaster starting today along with the eliptical.

fuck the efx IMO, i switched to 90% stairmaster at 6 weeks out and did a little walking on treadmill to warm up before the stair master.

i am a firm believer that the stair master is the real reason my legs were in such good shape

! , wtf are you talking about, so another words your telling him something that worked for you supposedly, and not advising him on what would work for him, he needs to burn fat, the 2/1 on the eliptical minute ratio is a proven cardio fat loss exercise, Not the 90% stairmaster that made "!" legs look good according to "!"

You're doing great. I'm with package, stick to the plan brother. It's working. Now is not the time to go mucking about or experimenting.
