2 weeks out

Here are some 2 weeks out pics. New diet change, one P/F day followed by 4 protein/veggie only days (around 1200 cals) + 150 min cardio ED. Close to being done with this shit!

Almost there man...Rear Double bi looks real good,traps and legs as well...On the lat spread bring your shoulders a lil more forward to make it "pop"...Also in your "Relaxed" pose bring your thighs/feet closer together...Start tanning now as well.

Yup I was wondering why you were still so white, lol.

Nice progression though. Your physique is starting to get real dry and grainy. Excellent job man!

Shave tonight! this is more important than you think it is, shaving off body hair can irritate your skin, so it's best to get your skin used to shaving. Also, get those feet together, spread out way to far. I see some better lines than last time.

Thanks a lot guys! I am crash tanning the next two weeks. I get dark rather quickly so hopefully with the 2 jantana coats and protan coat I will have a decent color.

I will start shaving asap. It's just honestly hard to find anytime to do anything right now. I get up at 5am to get to the gym and do cardio. Home by 7am....work by 8:30am. Then I normally dont get off work til 6pm, home by 6:30pm. Eat, gym, back to the house around 9pm. Bed 9:30pm. It's hectic around here! Plus finding time to prepare and pack all my food, its tough!

Either way I will definitely make the tweaks you all suggested!

Almost done man...You have been busting your ass for sure. There is light at the end of the tunnel.

Lookin good man. IMO, tanning before the show isnt needed. My reason is because when you put 3-4 coats of the protan on, its going to make you so dark that any tanning you did before doesnt even matter. I used one full 8 oz. bottle of protan and I was fine.

It's coming along I guess. I just finished 4 days of protein only (a cup of broccoli a day). Cardio is 2.5 hours ED during this time. I have been counting down until today so I can eat some PB and Almond butter :D

I have honestly never been this physically drained. I mean I have been tired, but never to the point where looking at a weight makes me feel like walking out of the gym haha. I am DRAGGING ASS!!!

After today it's 4 more protein only days with the same amount of cardio. Wednesday we are cutting out all cardio and starting to re-introduce carbs up until the contest date (9/12).

I will have some new pics tomorrow 7 days out.

Man, I remember it like it was yesterday. Was probably one of the most funnest times of my life.

By the way VT, I dont know how you are not in jail for murder yet - 4 days of protein only with 2.5 hrs of cardio ed !!!!!?!?!?! Holy fucking shit I would KILL. If not myself, then someone who stepped on my shoe, lol.....and holy mother of god, only 1200 cals ! Fuck, more power to ya. lol

Weight is down to around 211lbs this am.

I have shaved and stuff but just need to take some pics. I am out of town for work right now so that won't happen until tomorrow evening at the earliest. I'll get some up asap. I start the carb up tomorrow.

Hey guys! Just wanted to check in and post a couple of pics. I just got back from pre-judging. I weighed in at 194lbs this morning after water manipulation etc. Started carb up Thursday and shitloading this morning at 4am with 2 hamburgers and fry's :D Definitely helped me fill out a lot but I definitely agree with you all that the keto + cardio depleted me quite a bit and I wound up losing some size but at least I came in more conditioned than most in my class. I am 6'1'' and towered over everyone else so I was obviously out muscled and didn't make first call out. Either way it was a great time and I really feel good about everything. It's going to be one hell of an offseason that's for sure!
