2 week cycles

Any one here ever do them? I know they are not ideal but for the casual lifter who just wants an edge with very minimal side effects, I think they are the way to go. Comments?

I did alot of reading about them years ago when i first joined the boards. Thoguht it was the way to go back then. I've never tried it myself.

I think maybe 3 weeks would be better if you were gonna do it like that.

I've heard mixed reviews on it as well. Some say you can't retain anything from it so it's a waste of gear and time, otheres look at it like being on half the year pretty much if you do the 2 on 2 off or 2 on 3 off method.

Have you ever done this THL?

Yes, I've done several of them. I break out so bad on a long cycle that it's not even worth it to me. That is the main reason I like them. The gains aren't that dramatic either, so you don't get people questioning you about AAS use.

As far as drugs used, I had the best results with 100mg/day of IP sust/prop, 100mg/day of TrenA, and 50mg/day of dbol.

I think it was bill at meso who advocates short cycles..but it was more like 2 on two off, four on four off, or similiar...I have never done them..the shortest cycle I would do is about a 6-8 weeker with fast acting esthers..

I knew a guy that would do 5wk on 5wk off year around. said he liked it and it felt like he was always on. Never tried it myself, 12 was always my shortest.......................11

Yea i broke out bad on my last long cycle but i contribute more to the Tren E i used. I was fine the first 10-12weeks but once i changed compunds up and got into the Tren E i broke out something firece. I ruined my complexion on my back because of it, scared for life now. Really pissed me off but leason learned I suppose.

SO do u use 2on 2off then or do u go longer. I'd like to see your PCT use/compunds as well.


BK yea i think it was Bill Roberts who had a few reads over at MESO for those wasn't it. I think i may try a few this spring and see how it goes.

I know what you're saying about the scars. If I'm not tanned it looks like I have chicken pox or something.

Here is what I would do: 200mg/day of test susp or prop with a double dose on day 1. If you're using prop stop at day 12. For orals, take your pick. I'd probably stick with dbol since winny makes my joints ache.

For pct, I just use adex for the 2 weeks on and nolva @40mg/day for a week after. It's not really an issue since you are only on for 2 weeks. I just do the nolva just to be on the safe side. I never once felt like my natural test was too low.

Weather you take 2 weeks off or 4 is up to you. When I finally do it again I will probably do 2 off the 1st couple of times then switch to 4 off.

One advantage I found to taking 4 off is that you don't get so used to working out when on the sauce. When I did longer cycles I found it hard to hit the gym after a cycle due to the shitty work outs while recovering. This isn't nearly as much of an issue on the shorter cycles.

Also, when you take 4 weeks off, you can use the last 2 for dieting to help cut back any bloat you gained while bulking heavy when on. I think you lose too much of your gains if you try to diet the 1st 2 weeks of being off.

Let me know how it works for you if you try it. If you haven't juiced in a while I bet you put on 10-15 lbs the 1st go around and keep at least half of it.

I should point out that I'm not implying that these types of cycles are for everyone. IMO, it's just the safest way for a guy just looking to improve his results a little. For those wanting to just be as big as they can, a traditional long cycle would be more beneficial to them.

Too bad nobody makes a test acetate. That would be ideal, faster than prop and IMO, better than suspension.

Any chemists out there that need a guinea pig for this, me and chopper are your boys. :cool:

If I had access to blood tests, I would like to try going 3 weeks. I don't think you could use prop though, but orals, tren acetate, and test suspension might be a possibility. A person could get their test levels checked before they started and 2 weeks after the last shot and see how they compare.

Any takers out there?

What about Phenylprop??? I thought I saw that on a powder list sometime??

I've never done suspension, fuck i hate prop i can't imagine suspension.

Phenylprop would work, but from what I heard it's worse than prop for pain. Never tried it myself though.

When I used IP's test prop/susp I mixed it with some good tren ace and I didn't get hardly any pain at all. By itself it wasn't very pleasant though. :eek:

I'll have to check around and see what is available these days. There are so many UG labs around now I don't even know where to begin!

try using apple cider vinegar ....no really ! 3tbs in the morning and 2tbs before bed it did wonders for my acne ! It might taste nasty but if it works then Im happy .It took within 1 week to get rid of my bacne ,chest and cleared up the face alittle bit .Google it up it has many benefits fatloss ,acne ,thinning of the blood ,ect. imho I think 3 week cycle is a waste !

You can buy it in cap form at your local health food store, they still smell funny but at least you wont gag....................11

Since i took about 16 months off ,the last cycle i done I started out only 200mg cyp for the first 2 weeks then bumped it up to 400 for the rest of the cycle and used 200mg tren E from week 7-12.
I didnt get the gains i would have if i used a gram per week but i kept alot more muscle and the crash wasnt as bad.
I guess the key here was letting my tolerence build back up in those 16 months off. I know most would sneeze at that small amount but i trained hard and got some realy good gains and breakouts wasnt as bad.
