Looking fit at 2.5 wks out juiced.

Your delts,chest,lats are looking excellent.

Forearms are a bit lagging but easy enough to bring up later down the road.

Overall looking very good brotha, impressive. Respect.

Missing them carbs yet ? :eek:

Thanks fellas...I was real skinny before I started lifting so my ankles and wrists are very skinny.

Yeah the headaches are getting bad and every once in a while I get lightheaded...I can't wait to start carbing it up again!:D

The only significant differences I see from my last comp pics and these are my legs and my biceps. 2 trouble spots for me that need to catch up.

Ive noticed you have brought up your wheels since your last comp.

Your side chest pose is your money maker..

Your rear double stands out as well.

Dont sweat your weak spots. In time they will get tough and stand out.
Get determined on those lagging parts and punish them..lol

Lets worry about that after the comp....

Looking impressive and your still a rookie. A bright future ahead of you but dont enter my division cause you'll get all kinds of smoked..LMAO:eek:

Thanks bro! Quads are slowly catching up...I'll be competing in MW. Right now I'm at 186lbs and shredded around 5ish%. Carb depleting is going well, I've dropped a significant amount of BF since those pics. I'll take some more this week and get em up there.

I knew my routine well , i found it too be extremely fun doing it!......It came easy since i knew it ,,,,,nothing like that high of performing in front of an audience.....wish it was more often though
