18 Weeks Out - Critique PLEASE

Hey guys,

well im 18 weeks out now from my first show, and here is an update...

Ive been tweaking my diet, and playing around with somethings, and starting to see SOME changes, more to come...Thanks !

You got plenty of time to tighten up. Just stay consistent and things will be right on time. Arms and shoulders look big as hell and you will look like a new person when all said and done. Its smart to start the diet 18+ weeks out, gives time for the skin to tighten and weight to come off slowly, but I have been there 18 weeks is a loooooong diet. :D Good luck!!

good thickness..........tighten up the calves and abs........I think that would make you pop more and help with overall balance.

elite34 you big bastard! :D nice work, you can really see the changes! alot of time left so just keep doing what you're doing. what was your starting weight and weight in these pics? you're still thick as hell.

Your in desent shape and 18wks is an eternity. Most contest diets are 15wks so you've got plenty of time to burn fat slowly.............11

I'm not reading all of this.... Hopefully, I'm the first to say, "you look like you have gyno." :rolleyes: Someone has to say it every time. ;)

Other than that, close up your arms tighter on your biceps poses and raise them up higher than your delts. This is the advice I receive upon completion of my first show....and they were right. Makes your arms look better than when they are tangential to your delts. Trust me. ;)

Yes I have a little case of gyno, hopefully it doesnt have too much of a negative effect on my overall outcome - :mad:

Will get my posing right next time, im trying to perfect it !

I posted a response hours ago. I wonder where it went?????

Anyway, I wouldn't worry about it affecting your placing. People claim everything is "gyno" when, in reality, you're just storing fat in your chest. Why do fat guys have tits? Gyno!....NOT! :p It's because they're storing fat in their chests. I suspect that when you diet down far enough your "gyno" will be no more.

I just noticed: You used to be a really fat fuck, didn't you? Are those stretch marks I see on your lower abs? Good work at changing your life around, man!

I've got the same problem. Pisses me off! I trained balls to lose all the grossness and now I have loosened skin and stretch marks as reminders. :mad: Whatever. Sins of the Father, I guess.

Well man, those stretchmarks, ( the marks on my stomach ) are actually from me becoming a fat fuck. I gained a sloppy amount of weight just this past winter, and really put on some uneccesary fucking weight. Well, now I'm paying for it !
I'm using the stretchmark cream and tanning now, so hopefully they'll start to fade, but eh, fuck it.

The other stretch marks on my shoulders, lats, and biceps actually started around my sophmore/junior year in highschool. That is when I became serious about lifting and eating non-stop. My skin just doesn't adjust well to weight gain, obviously.

Anyways, thanks for the advice big man, ;).

Oh and another thing, Grizz, I agree about the chest storing fat. My chest has always been like that, and also, I don't have the 'signs of gyno'. The soreness, itchy nipples, painful lumps, I don't have any of that. So yeah I would say I'm storing fat there as well, good call ;)

ALOT of guys store fat in there chest area...that shouldnt be anything to worry about at all...
