Have you tried body washes made of tea tree oil? There's a lot to choose from on Amazon, I usually use the one from Nature's Riches. Smells good and keeps my skin clear

I cycle between quads, pecs, and glutes. That lets me hit one muscle group once per week to keep scar tissue down. I kinda want to try calves, but I dont want to do it unless it's with something tiny like an insulin syringe lol
