Lol...I think it's just me and you bro. Wish the old board would pick up. But like I said alot of boards are lifeless right now. I'm sure things will get moving eventually.

I am checking in again as I had to re-register as I have not been able to log in for Months. Every time I click the forgot password I have never received an email in order to change my password. I am glad I am back though. :) Honestly I was not posting much but when I was ready to start contributing well again...I could not log in.

okay cool got in touch with Admin and managed to create a new password so that I can log in with this original account. :)
Not to sound depressing...but I took a whole Month off from the gym and now I am back and feel great.
I never want to see this forum disappear ever.

I feel very guilty for not really posting much so now I will make an effort to post more. If anyone needs to get anything off their chest just put it out here...I will be reading and maybe I can help. :)> Lately I have been so full of misery and hey misery loves company. 😉
take care everyone... I am so glad the weather is cooling off as this is the time of the year I LOVE to start bulking back up. 😎

Just checked in. This place is as dead as AB. I’m about to pull the plug on that board. It sucks, both these boards were great in their day.

I’m coming back just got Over Covid…but now back in the gym. Getting over Covid for a couple of weeks was hell but it’s amazing how I’m back closing in on where I left off, awesome Cold weather is right around the corner which means I cannot for a nice bulk up mode I will be in this coming Winter. :)

yes I think it is important to keep this place going…even with the usual check in because it’s still an awesome place to be a part of 😎

I've been slacking lately but I'm about to get started back. Life got super hectic for a bit. I'll always love the iron though. It's my happy place.

I took a break myself over the summer. I’m back at it hard & ready to make some changes! I’ve even been consistent with cardio! Lol

Cardio is something I need to focus more on once I get back in the routine...
Definitely add me to that list. I’ve been too lazy as my World kinda spiraled out of control. I love Winter it is so much easier for me to bulk as my appetite goes up plus living in the South getting up to 240’ish and sometimes higher (I am smaller around 227 at the moment but already up 20 pounds since getting back in the gym and being back on my diet)… I feel my best in the 240’s range…this is without gear so if I choose to gear up this coming Winter…it has been so long my receptors are very fresh…I am going to love it…and being bigger during the Winter feels much better when it is nice and cold…we have very hot and muggy summers that also effects my allergies and makes me lazy…I swear I am a completely different version of myself when I am back in the gym lifting…but cardio I will be working harder on and we have an awesome biking area where I can get back to bike riding.
I do road biking on a mountain bike with locked down front shocks…I swear biking on a mountain bike builds up my quads so fast vs biking on a $3000.00 plus road bike…which is very uncomfortable for my heavy arse to ride on, lol…yes I ride slow…but 14 miles on a mountain bike really sheds off the fat while putting on plenty of leg muscle…I swear it is almost like doing squats when I put my bike on the lowest gear and stand up and ride hard for a solid mile…then sit comfortably on my (larger Clyde style) padded seat…bigger arse for that is, lol…so let those skinny anorexic bikers bike 50 mph laugh at my slow ass…I am definitely getting a better workout and the best part is I am comfortable and happy. I love my camelpak. :)>
